Register for 2026–27 Faith Formation YEAR
If your student attends a public school or non-Catholic private school, you will find a link below to enroll them in our Sunday Faith Formation program (which includes First Reconciliation and First Communion preparation) for the 2026-27 school year.
If your student attends Old St. Mary’s Catholic School, you will still need to opt-in for First Reconciliation and First Communion because not all students are Catholic. You can sign your student up for sacramental preparation in the 2026-27 school year by completing the form linked below.

About the program
Our Children’s Faith Formation program, formerly known as Religious Education or CCD, serves as a vibrant space for children and families to grow in faith together. It includes Faith Foundations for Pre-K through 5th grade and sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation. Rooted in our desire to build a stronger domestic church, our gatherings aim to nurture faith not only through learning, but also through prayer, worship, service, and community life.
Our Sunday Faith Formation program, for those whose children are in public school or non-Catholic private school, meet Sundays from 9:45–10:45 AM, allowing families to attend either the 8:30 AM or 11:00 AM Mass.
Sacramental Preparation for children enrolled at Old St. Mary’s School happens during their religion class, but students will need to opt-in as not all students are Catholic.
On select Sundays, Children’s Liturgy of the Word is offered at the 11:00 AM Mass.
SUNDAY FAITH FORMATION TUITION
For those enrolled in our Sunday Faith Formation program, our tuition for the 2026-2027 year is $320 for the first child, and $210 for each additional child. These costs are factored into school tuition for students at Old St. Mary’s School.
