Old St. Mary’s Fifth Annual Chili Cook Off & Bake Sale

#1- JOIN US! It’s an afternoon of family fun at the OSM Fifth Annual Chili Cook Off & Bake Sale! Enjoy award-winning chili, open gym for the kids, test your free throw skills at our Free Throw Contest, relax with OSM Parish and School Pals! No cost, no RSVP, stay all afternoon or as your schedule permits!
#2- ENTER YOUR CHILI! Spicy, veggie, sweet or traditional, all chili entries welcome! Our blue-ribbon panel of judges will award across several categories. To be part of the fun, contact Beth Toth at [email protected]. Space limited!
#3- CALLING ALL BAKERS! The Bake Sale needs YOU to donate your famous cakes, pies, breads, cupcakes, dipped pretzels, cookies, bars, etc. so we can sell, sell, sell! Proceeds go towards covering event costs. Items must be individually wrapped. Non-refrigerated items only please. Simply bring in your item (s) Saturday, March 14th to the Parish Center between 9:30 AM-12:30 PM. Are you famous for your brownies? We will also host our Brownie Bake off so please enter. Questions? And: Don’t forget to SUPPORT the Bake Sale. Pop into the Parish Center March 14 from 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM and PURCHASE a Bake Sale item..or two..or three!
#4- VOLUNTEERS! We need your help! If you are interested in helping out at this fun event we need YOU! Volunteers are needed to set up Friday night, run the bake sale, monitor open gym, pizza distribution, drinks and clean up! Sign up on Volgistics or contact Beth Toth at [email protected].
