Help us keep your sacramental records up to date.
If you were baptized at Old St. Mary’s and have since received other sacraments—such as First Communion, Confirmation, or Marriage at another parish, we’d appreciate it if you shared that information with us. Parishes are required to annotate baptismal records with the dates and places of other sacraments received. Keeping your record current helps ensure accuracy for future sacramental needs.
